My personal training career began at Blink Fitness where I started out as a front desk associate in 2016 struggling to meet my own fitness goals. Being in that environment is what motivated me to pursue my dream of becoming a
personal trainer. Growing up I had always been active playing basketball, leading workouts with friends etc; prior to
Blink I had lost my edge and gained a significant amount of weight. I graduated Focus Personal Training Institute in
December of 2016 and became a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports medicine in March of
2017. Since then I have been helping clients reach their goals- Weight Loss, Muscle Gain, Strength Development being the main concerns of my clients.
1st Session-This session is more of an assessment where we discuss your goals and create a plan to achieve those goals. The plan will be developed based on your movement assessment and measurements. This first session is the foundation for whats to come.
Monthly Check-Ins- Every month we will reassess to see how you have progressed and will make any adjustments required to keep you on pace to your goals.
