I have been a trainer & coach for 5 decades and I specialize in working with those (like myself) who are over 50 and looking to improve their strength, flexibility, mobility, & balance and who are looking to have more energy and a happier, healthier life.
I have extensive experience in the field and specialize in working with those struggling with Obesity as well as those with Special needs including MS, MD, CP, Post-rehab cardiac, post joint replacement.
I work with you as your partner to tailor a plan that works for you and your lifestyle and enables you to reach your goals without spending hours in the gym.
In addition to being a trainer and the owner along with my wife of Full Circle Fitness & Transformation Center I host the Living Fit After 50 Podcast available weekly on You tube.
In my past I played football for several years at many levels and was a competitive rower (crew) who competed both at US Nationals and Worlds at the master level.
