I became a personal trainer because I love seeing the benefits that exercise has on people. I also enjoy making connections with people, and I use that to make sure I give my clients a safe and fun exercise experience. I can work with adult clients in any age range, with any fitness goal. My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise is definitely boxing, either on a bag or just simple shadow boxing. It's a fantastic workout that both gives you a good sweat and works your core. In time, I even plan to lead boxing and kickboxing classes!
My training philosophy
1) Good nutrition, good sleep, and plenty of water are the building blocks for fitness goals.
2) Leave your ego at the door
3) Train smarter before you trainer harder
