My name is Felicia, and I am an ACE-certified personal trainer. I develop and lead women with customized, results-focused, and science-based strength and cardio training programs that help them achieve their individual goals. A work-out with me is fun, never-boring, challenging, and focused on helping you achieve YOUR goals. As a believer in Christ, I offer love, compassion, and acceptance to all.
Here is the process: We have a brief video or phone chat regarding your background, lifestyle, goals, and more. Next, I conduct an individual screening session with you focused on identifying muscle imbalances, faulty movement patterns, and key baseline measures. This ensures that we address potential issues that may hamper your progress BEFORE adding significant resistance to your body.
I design a customized fitness program for you and coach you through each session, modifying as necessary.
Please note that I conduct a detailed fitness, movement, and cardio assessment for you with a written report that informs my customized fitness programming for you. This helps ensure that we progress safely and effectively in our workout sessions. This is part of my "client inboarding" and the associated fee is $170.
Please also note a travel surcharge of $10 or more may apply to in-home or alternate and gym training locations.

Felicia is awesome! She has great availability and makes it easy for you to book appointments through her online scheduling system. She takes her time getting to know you and your body and creates a very doable strength training plan. She also has great flexibility with her meeting location, your gym, her gym, she’ll make it work and show you exactly what to do. 10/10 would recommend her!

I participated in the 31 Day Fall Fitness reset challenge and it was a good experience for me. I was going through a rough time otherwise but participated in what I could. Felicia is the most knowledgeable trainer that I have ever talked to or worked with. She is motivating and patient, and easy to talk to. Although I’ve been on many weight loss “journeys” before, I have learned so much from Felicia. Almost surprisingly, my learning process continues with every class that I take with her. Felicia is everything you want in a trainer. She has a way of inspiring you and giving you gentle reminders to make healthy choices. Many tips and education around both the causes of belly fat and ways to reduce it. This class took a holistic but evidence-based approach to something many of us struggle with. Felicia’s smile and positivity are contagious. I have worked with Felicia for over a year, and she is always a bright spot in my week. Felicia is a rock star! Her approach is simple, but effective. Her workouts make sense, without making me feel out of the loop. Her tips are direct and to the point. Her programs allow you to grow in your knowledge about how to move and eat for you, while you shrink your waistline! I’ve been working with Felicia for approximately 6 months for personal training. She is amazing and always brings the energy, laughter, and music! She has a wealth of knowledge of fitness and nutrition. She creates a plan based on your personal goals and is always willing to tweak it. She also incorporates modifications to moves if needed. I wanted a variety of workouts to choose from and she’s given me the tools to do any kind of workout including resistance bands, body weight, dumbbells, machine weights, yoga/stretching, and of course her speciality core. Felicia genuinely cares about you and wants you to succeed. I’ve lost approximately 20 pounds, inches and improved cholesterol numbers in my time working with her so far.
