
About Micah
Hello! My name is Micah (pronounced My-C-Ah) and I am a ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I've worked with a variety of clients from young athletes, wanting to increase their strength and endurance. To older adults, wanting to adopt healthier habits to improve their overall lifestyle. I'm also experienced with clients recovering from gastric bypass surgery, lower back injuries, and lower body injuries (knees and ankles) as well. I have always been active throughout my life but after suffering a lower body injury, at the age of 14, the way I stayed active changed. I started taking weight lifting serious at the age of 18 and that started my fitness journey. After that experience, I decided to share my fitness knowledge with others and change my career. What started off as a hobby then turned into a career for me. With the experience of behavioral change and the knowledge of resistance training, I'd love to help you along your fitness journey as well. I believe change is possible for everyone, it's all about consistency and thats what I am here to give you.
