I help empower humans to feel better in their bodies through movement and balance. My name is Molly and I am:
- ACE Certified Personal Trainer
- Stress Management Coach
- Women's Fitness Specialist
- Trauma-Informed
My focus is at the meeting point of sustainable change and self-care. Your plan will be tailored to YOUR goals and YOUR preferences, while also creating space for changes that last.
Who am I:
My passion for integrating fitness and self-love came from seeing how cultures all over the world have completely different definitions of health. Health is a many-layered, multi-dimensional experience that our diet industry attempts to widdle down to just calories and weight. Upon returning to the USA after teaching for several years abroad in Thailand, Hong Kong, Bali, and more, it was bizarre to see how our fitness industry acts as if there is one "normal body" or a singular image of "good health" that is to be strived for, rather than simply enjoying our bodies right now! I believe we can simultaneously respect our bodies and desire to grow, and my coaching style reflects this.

My favorite client story
B came to me initially wanting to stay strong after receiving an early arthritis diagnosis. We began with foundational body weight movements such as bridges, planks, squats, and stairs. Several months into our training she was diagnosed with breast cancer. The strength she’d been building up to this point now held an even deeper important meaning— keeping her strong through her treatment journey. We resumed training when she was cleared by her doctors and she now hip thrusts over 200 pounds, squats over 150, and is doing lifts her doctors never even thought possible.
In her words:
“One of my biggest challenges besides my limitation in range of motion, was mental. I realized that I internalized the fears of others, my doctors, my illness that I believed myself so limited. I was scared to hurt myself. Molly helped me to challenge my fears and through her thoughtful and patient training, I am doing more than I have ever thought possible.”
My favorite exercise
Dancing and joking around in-between the "real" exercises of the day
My favorite quote
Yesterday is not ours to recover, but tomorrow is ours to win or lose

I’ve switched around MANY times trying to find the best trainer for me. I will never go to any other personal trainer. Molly teaches you more than just exercises- she teaches you how you feel comfortable in your body and how treat your body and soul with healthy living and healthy thinking!
Molly is not only an amazing friend- I mean truly so generous and caring and thoughtful- but also a powerhouse of encouragement and dedication. I used to find peace in the gym, and during quarantine I lost that love. Molly took it upon herself to start a small group of 21 women who did weekly workouts and communicated via whatsapp. Having that community, and Molly’s daily encouraging videos and infectious energy, I found myself doing HOME WORKOUTS (something I’d never done) and feeling AMAZING! She renewed my love of fitness, and even across the country she counties to inspire me day in and day out. Whether it’s random texts to let me know she’s thinking of me, or a response to an insta story telling me “you got this girl!” Molly is always putting others first and sharing her passion for fitness. She is truly a wonderful teacher!!!
Molly is a wonderful trainer. She makes sure she knows what your actual goals are and designs program specific for you snd your body. She is very energetic and a great motivator with out yelling h and screaming g at you. She also takes the whole body into consideration, not just exercise but healthy eating and mind setting. Highly recommend Molly.
I trained with Molly Thomas at Burn Bootcamp in Fairview Heights, IL. She is excellent! She gently points out if your form isn't quite right, and doesn't shame you. She is very informative... knows her stuff! Thanks, Molly!
I've been to a lot of trainers in my time and I cannot say enough good things about how Molly compares to them. She has ramped me slowly (I'm 50 and recovering from some injuries) but keeps it so that it's "work". Made some amazing progress in just a little time. On top of that she's personable, and fun to be around.
