I graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and went on to get certified as a Strength and Conditioning specialist. For the past three years I have been training clients one on one and small groups classes. My expertise is not only strength and muscle growth, but also nutrition and goal setting. I want the best results possible for my clients and I’ve found that creating strong goals along with a long lasting relationship allow for the best results. I make a daily effort to stay current in all research regarding weightlifting and nutrition so that my clients get the most out of our time together. And as always, we will have a great time while we do it!

My training experience
I started working out around 14, but never fully appreciated it and took it seriously till about halfway through college when I started learning about the mechanisms by which our bodies adapt and change when dealing with the stressors of exercise. Learning about the “why and how” helped me appreciate the process much more.

I had Andrew Piccin as a trainer and he did a great job! I was looking for someone to give me weight lifting advice and to push me workout, and he did just that. He's very knowledgeable about all the muscles that go into deadlifting, squatting, benching, etc. and will help you maintain proper form. Also a very easy going guy. A+

Andrew has been an excellent trainer! Every training session he closely looked at my form and gave me specific advice to how to improve, including which muscles should be activated, and how a correctly performed lift should feel. He also gave me specific advice on stretching exercises that I should do at home to improve my flexibility. He keeps me accountable each session and encourages me to keep pushing. I had managed to improve from being completely new to lifting and unable to do anything to doing 10 floor pushups with his training sessions and advice he gave me, something that I never thought could be done. Overall, I would highly recommend Andrew as a trainer.
Andrew is talented, professional, and down-to-earth. As a personal trainer, he can kick your butt or hold your hand, whichever is needed in the moment. What I enjoy most about our sessions is his sincere excitement for improvement and progress; I know I can give it my best and he'll match my intensity. Then we'll crack jokes and talk about music or video games during the rest period. It's always a blast! He has trained both me and my fiance, and our fitness needs are quite different. Andrew was able to create programs that met both our individual needs and helped us reach our fitness goals. Andrew is an incredible trainer and even better human being! ?
Andrew is a very supportive and understanding professional. He started with my goals, understanding my previous injury and helped me to develop an understanding of how his Physical training programming accomplishes my goal. He continues to customize my workout as I get stronger, upon request, and evaluates my form to determine new exercises to make me the best me. What separates Andrew from the rest is his understanding of people, their need for change, and mastery of underlying concepts regarding physical performance. You will be lucky to have, and be well served with Andrew.

I've been working with Andrew for 6 months and am seeing awesome results! I started with zero weight lifting experience, but was looking for a trainer to teach me about weight lifting to increase my running endurance. Our workouts are challenging yet really rewarding. Andrew knows how to push you while keeping things encouraging, interesting, and meeting you where you are on your fitness journey. He is great for beginners because he emphasizes form, education and safety while still pushing you to work hard. My endurance has increased dramatically and my running form has improved a lot with the benefits of weight lifting. We always try new things as my goals change, and he keeps things interesting so it's not the same workout every week. He's also super responsive, professional, and keeps things light and positive. Definitely so happy we started working together!
