My name is Moneer, and I go by Momo. Along with being a certified personal trainer, I'm a fire performer, certified Animal Flow Coach, prop manipulator, and martial artist. What I specialize in is functional fitness. So much of traditional training revolves around movements and exercises that don't relate to everyday life. The body is meant to move in various planes from many unique and awkward positions in order to prioritize injury prevention. Growing up with scoliosis, I've fostered movement regimens that prioritize functional strength and movement in many fun and unique ways. With years of experience training in unconventional methods, the systems I created are fun, educational, and practical for the stressors that everyday life create on the body. Along with personal training I also offer fitness nutrition coaching.
