Hi, my name is Jackie Hackett and I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins from within. My 3 pillars to health include nutrition, movement, and mindset. I believe in intutiive eating and mindful movement. I want you to enjoy the exercise you perform and ensure it's the right one for you, whether it's yoga, weight lifting, HIIT, sports, or something else. I have a Masters degree in Nutritional Science and previously worked at Kaiser Permanente in outpatient. I now own and operate my private practice in nutrition health coaching. When I'm not cooking, reading nutrition articles, or working out you can find me traveling the world exploring exotic cultures and enjoying music!
My favorite client story
My favorite client I have seen grow over the years is one who was at a point where she could not do laundry without pain or could not get out of her car because her legs were so weak she had to lift them herself. She is now able to run a mile, can stretch on her own, and is lifting weights like never before.

I aim to optimize health through a holistic approach applying intuitive eating and lifestyle coaching. I empower clients to break free from the diet mindset and discover a new view to long lasting health and wellness without restrictive diets or extreme exercise programs. My goal is to help you form a healthier, happier relationship with your body. The founding principle of my practice is finding and sustaining long term wellness though balance and freedom from diets. I also help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise.

Jackie is an excellent trainer and nutritionist. I began working with her in my early 60’s and rather out-of -shape. Within 6 months I felt a big shift. She is focused, tuned-in, methodical, patient, conversant, knowledgeable, and super pleasant to boot! I felt I was getting the perfect combination of exercise, motivation, and mentorship, with the least amount of muscle injury or unnecessary pushing. I highly recommend Jackie.
