About Stephanie
*Experienced with high profile clients.* With over a decade of experience in personal training and nutrition, Stephanie has worked with many actors, directors, public personalities, and executives as well as beginner runners, competitive athletes, and every day people trying to live healthier and feel better! She has worked with brands and companies such as lululemon, Reebok, Warner Music Group, Disney, Legendary Pictures, Universal Music, ITV, and more.
Having recovered from past injuries of her own (herniated disc, IT band syndrome, broken ankle, shoulder impingement), she focuses on keeping her clients' bodies safe and functional while working towards their specific goals. Her experience in dance and competitive sports (triathlon, marathon, soccer, and short track speed skating) allows her to draw from different modalities to ensure each client's training program is specifically designed for their goals, ability, schedule, and preferences. On top of her physical training experience, Stephanie is also a passionate nutritionist, specializing in plant based nutrition, but happy to provide guidance to help optimize any style of eating!

Stephanie is fantastic! She listens intently to everything I say and addresses all my aches/pains, then makes adjustments. Throughout the training, Stephanie makes mindful adjustments to keep our sessions moving. Stephanie always politely ignores my grumbles when I might not want to do something or I think something is too hard. With a genuine smile and encouraging voice, Stephanie always says "no, you got it, we're going to do it anyway!" Stephanie uses science and physiology has the base for all our trainings. As every "body" is different, no work out is like another. I always leave my sessions with Stephanie feeling more confident and secure in my body and what my body is able to do. Stephanie got me ready for my honeymoon. It’s the first time I felt confident on a beach shirtless. It’s great that she can handle the fitness and nutrition. She made sure that I knew what to do after my honeymoon too, I switched my diet to a more sustainable style after the wedding and honeymoon photos were taken.
