About Michele
Hi! I'm Michele. I teach gentle and grounded yoga classes to strengthen your body and mind. I have training in trauma-informed yoga and somatics and incorporate this into a foundation of vinyasa yoga practice. A regular yoga practice helped me add balance to a busy lifestyle. I can help you do the same in a warm, compassionate, and encouraging environment. If you are new to yoga or interested in building a regular practice with a teacher you can work on in a smaller setting, please feel free to contact me.
