Howdy and welcome, I'm from Houston, TX and began my athletic journey in 2009 when I joined roller derby. I quickly became a trainer and all-level coach and international skating athlete. In 2020 I certified as a personal trainer to translate my unique experience to the rest of the community - no skates required!
I specialize in creative bodyweight workouts that incorporate agility, strength, and balance with full warmups and stretches - functional movement for all body types and experience levels. I host a safe, body-positive space - especially for women, the queer community, and those underrepresented by the "mainstream" - where you may challenge yourself to meet athletic goals. You can expect calm, attentive communication from me, with strong encouragement to help you maintain intensity and focus. The primary goals of our training are your safety and a pain-free experience. While having fun with fitness, I aim to inspire a lifelong journey towards physical health, while helping you build a positive relationship with your body.
