About Erika

I became a trainer at the age of 17 after I fell in love with the process of bettering myself through health and wellness. I then obtained my degree in Exercise Science once I realized I desired to make fitness my career. I have been training clients on a regular basis for 2 years and typically work with seniors and brides-to-be. I have also trained clients in preparation for Miss America competitions as well as student athletes. Sessions depend on what their goals are and how they are feeling that day. I do not believe in forcing a client to do something they do not enjoy. For instance, if they don't like heavy weightlifting, we will do light, HIIT style training instead. However, I do not believe in making something an excuse. I will push clients, but not to the point where they do not enjoy fitness. At the end of the day, this is a lifestyle and something that should be enjoyable.
