Group Fitness, Aquatics, TRX, Running, Martial Arts, & Yoga experience. Trainer style: Dedicated to helping you find the best exercises and motivation to keep you moving and improving. I follow a "younger next year" philosophy for lasting lifestyle change and whole being wellness. Supportive coaching to address behavioral goals and exercise prescription. I will meet you wherever you are on the road to wellness. I love people and supporting them with co-active coaching to reduce threats to health and well-being. Behavior change study motivates to implement the best practices and evidence based training techniques with my clients.
