About Ashli
Ashli is a nationally accredited Certified Personal Trainer and has a Master's Degree in Public Health from George Washington University. Ashli is passionate about motivating and challenging her clients past their "limits." Ashli conducts monthly Bootcamps and specializes in HIIT, Core Stabilization/Strengthening, and Cardiorespiratory Training. All of Ashli's fitness packages also include nutrition planning since she believes strongly in the power of nutrition.
