I have a background in athletics, so I leaned towards the strength and conditioning side first, then I made my way into weight loss after a year. I started this journey because I too had goals that I wanted to reach badly. I gained 30 pounds my Freshman year in College. I had brain clog. I was sluggish and always tired, then I caught myself going into a depression. I decided to start changing my environment, watch what I eat, and get physically active. The more I kept up with this way of life it became more of a lifestyle, and life got better. Although I was able to push myself to limits without coaching, I thought about those people that don't have the same mindset and needed that extra push to achieve their goals.

I have been working with Mariela as my personal trainer for several months now. I have had many trainers in the past and Mariela is by far the best I have experienced. She is attentive, motivating, encouraging, and I can tell that she really knows what she is doing and she truly cares about your goals and success. I was never able to reach my goal weight until I started working with Mariela. I was overweight when I began her program, now just after 5 months I am at my goal weight. She seemed to know exactly what I needed to do in order to lose the weight, get toned, and keep it off. She also gave me nutritional advice to help keep me on track. Thomas and Jennifer are absolute gems. I began working with Thomas in 2015, and I've stayed a member ever since. While I've not been as consistent as I would like to be due to a hectic travel and work schedule, Thomas and Jennifer have been so supportive, kind, and flexible. Their new system of having workouts pre-loaded onto an app is so helpful both when I'm in their gym and when I'm out on the road. I have never been athletic in my life, and they've made me come a long way! I have always been nervous about anything physical (especially in public), but they are so positive, motivating, and keep things fun. I've come to think of them as part of my personal circle. I've gone to the gym on many days when I feel like I need the endorphins and some encouragement from my favorite people! I cannot recommend them enough.
