I’m a very motivating and passionate service provider for the people. I truly despise the manipulation in many products and services marketed to individuals who are in desperate need of improving their health and wellness. I design programs to help client’s achieve primary fitness goals and overall optimum wellness. I became a trainer after over 15 years in the music industry as a radio personality and DJ. I believe that experience has given the ability to communicate effectively to motivate and entertain clients as they take embark on their fitness journey.

I have lost 60 pounds and JC was a big part of that. One of the first things I noticed is that JC spoke to me and not at me, as other trainers had before. Not only is JC knowledgeable about exercise and body mechanics, he also empowered me and gave me the confidence to exercise , which has always been a challenge for me…and he made it fun. JC was instrumental in helping me achieve a healthy weight, core strength and the confidence to maintain.


When it comes to working out, I don't consider myself I self starter. I was looking for someone knowledgeable and that would push me to work hard with my body while feeling confortable working out even though I knew I was so out of shape. Tony has met all my expectations. Tony takes the time to explain each set of workouts and always take into account my injuries or concerns. He is very caring but still pushes you to finish your workouts. I'm looking forward to continue achieving my goals with Tony

I had weight loss surgery and was told to add resistance training. Tony was responsive and has pushed my to my limits, but does not debilitate me with muscle pains. He does well at making a custom program for me... determined my abilities, and pushes my limits. On those days where I'm still sore 3 days out, he has work around my schedule and has been VERY accommodating. I STRONGLY recommend him!
