I am a 14-year Fitness and Wellness professional that's NASM Certified as a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I've also earned a Bachelor Degree in Complementary and Alternative Medicine as well as a Masters Degree in Public Health. I focus on customizing specific Fitness training and Nutrition plans in efforts to guarantee real and healthy results that will last a lifetime.
My programs can be seen as prescribed programs as a physician will prescribe medication. You wouldn't prescribe mental health medication to an individual who has an ankle sprain, so why wouldn't your program be specific to your goals and needs. I assess each client thoroughly to find out how his/her muscles and joints are working in coordination. Also, I pin-point what type of misalignment the client's day to day repetitive motions are causing and design a program consisting of exercises that will combat those effects. I also educate clients on how to eat and what supplementation should be used to assist with optimal health and wellness.

Ali Turiano was a meteorologist who was very particular of her appearance on television. She was so driven to maintain her physique that she ignored previous injuries and cause further movement distortion within her body. I promise Ali that she’d be able to perform high intensity movement again if she’ll follow my corrective exercise protocol. She Is currently participating in high intensity program she’d never imagined.

I have lost 60 pounds and JC was a big part of that. One of the first things I noticed is that JC spoke to me and not at me, as other trainers had before. Not only is JC knowledgeable about exercise and body mechanics, he also empowered me and gave me the confidence to exercise , which has always been a challenge for me…and he made it fun. JC was instrumental in helping me achieve a healthy weight, core strength and the confidence to maintain.
When it comes to working out, I don't consider myself I self starter. I was looking for someone knowledgeable and that would push me to work hard with my body while feeling confortable working out even though I knew I was so out of shape. Tony has met all my expectations. Tony takes the time to explain each set of workouts and always take into account my injuries or concerns. He is very caring but still pushes you to finish your workouts. I'm looking forward to continue achieving my goals with Tony
I had weight loss surgery and was told to add resistance training. Tony was responsive and has pushed my to my limits, but does not debilitate me with muscle pains. He does well at making a custom program for me... determined my abilities, and pushes my limits. On those days where I'm still sore 3 days out, he has work around my schedule and has been VERY accommodating. I STRONGLY recommend him!
I have had five session total including my two free that included my assessment. I look forward to Mondays and Wednesdays to go in and get in a great work out. Tony is very knowledgeable and helpful in all areas. He pushes you and seems to truly care about results, not pay checks. Tony is a great personal trainer. He challenges you to achieve your fitness goals by pushing you to succeed while still having patience for your process. He is educational and supportive. Since working with him I have become more aware of my eating habits while losing a couple pounds.
