I really enjoyed working with Crissy. She is an amazing trainer, works you very very hard, but also makes the workouts fun. She does not cookie cut workouts, but tailors them for each individual client. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

Crissy is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training once a week, really enjoyed the variety & challenge she put into the one-on-one session. She focused on helping me achieve my goals and made every session challenging /fun. More Importantly, she ensures that my technique is correct to avoid any injuries. Always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoyed working out with her - great personality.
Crissy is the best personal trainer I've ever had! I have been training with Crissy for about a year and a half now but I started seeing results right away. I originally only thought about hiring her for a month or two just to learn new techniques and eventually do them on my own. I realized that regardless of what I know or learn, I don't push myself and therefore, I fail. Crissy motivates me and has taught me that "feel the burn" really means "feel the love!" Crissy is not only a great motivator, she is very creative in her technique! She comes up with things I would never have imagined. She is very knowledgeable about the correct form so you don't hurt yourself. She listens to what YOU want...whether it's to slim down or bulk up. Crissy puts pride in her work AND in you. Before I started training with Crissy, I had always doubted the idea of working with a personal trainer. After just one session, I was convinced she was the one to help me reach my fitness goals. During just a short timeframe, I had really improved my conditioning and lost weight I had been struggling to lose for years on my own. I noticed obvious physical improvement in my appearance with stronger legs and arms. I had never gotten results like these before and I believe it is because not only is Crissy very knowledgeable and skilled, but also because she will motivate you. When you feel like you cannot keep going, or even when you do not really want to, she will get you there and you will be grateful that she did not let you give up. She also makes every workout interesting, so you are constantly learning something new and expanding on ideas to improve your fitness regimen. Shortly after beginning my training with Crissy, I found out I was pregnant. Crissy was the first person I told. I wanted to convey my commitment to continue our sessions and maintain a healthy and fit pregnancy. Crissy is certified in prenatal personal training and quickly reassured me she would be there to help me continue training throughout my pregnancy. She tailored my workouts, including any adjustments that were necessary, yet still allowing me to achieve optimal results. I was healthier and in better shape than I was pre-pregnancy and received many compliments as a result. I know I would not have been able to achieve this without Crissy’s assistance, background and commitment to help me succeed. I am certain that Crissy will be more than able to help you reach your fitness goals as well.

I don’t even know where to start. I’ve been training with Crissy for exactly a year now and it was the best decision I have ever made. A lot of trainers just make their clients do all the same things over and over again but Crissy keeps it interesting every time and tailors to your needs/wants. In a year I’m down 10% in body fat and almost 20 pounds. I would never trust anyone else. If you need/want a trainer she is the one to hire! Don’t walk, (run!) & get on her schedule! You won’t regret it.

I've had several personal trainers over the past 15 years and Crissy ranks as one of the best. The reason she ranks the best is because she pays attention to proper exercise fundamentals, safety and individual anatomy. I sought out Crissy when I was injured, after having a few recurring injuries over the past several years, and wanted to get back into shape. My main objective was to recover from my injury and not get injured again while challenging myself. I learned from Crissy the proper weight lifting mechanics on various exercises, when I thought I knew it all before. I appreciate her principle of not exerting oneself to the point of injury (for example trying to finish off the last two or three reps of an exercise when the form is off). She has a various of workout routines that aligns with my individual anatomy and helps me get stronger in areas that need development. Lastly, Crissy cares about her clients. She has done a few things in our sessions that was outside the scope of the general personal training to ensure that was healthy and fit.
So ridiculously happy to have found this ONE. This pint-sized, sassy explosiveness is just what I needed to whip me into shape. You want HITT? Check. Pilates? Check. Trampoline? Check. Oh and a double dose of compassion and realness. Check, check! She knows her stuff. Love HER!

Simply the best. I've been struggling with weight loss after having a baby, it really did a number on my self esteem and motivation. Chrissy not only motivates me and knows how far to push me, but her workouts leave me feeling stronger every time. She is a genuinely cool and kind person. I'm genuinely really glad I picked her as my trainer. I would recommend her to anyone that's looking for a fun, yet no-nonsense approach to excercising.
