About Bree

Bree Turner studied in London, England, and also holds a B.A. degree in Creative Writing from the University of North Texas. She has a certification in NASM, Precision Nutrition, Senior Movement, Functional Movement and Movnat, which she uses to motivate and inspire others to reach their goals. Her training style is to be encouraging while focusing on safety. She focuses her workout programs on repairing imbalances and enhancing mobility so that her clients will hit their goals safely while also improving their movement patterns in everyday life. She is an inspiring and motivating trainer that pushes her clients without the drill sergeant mindset. She cares about each client and looks forward to improving their quality of life.

Bree is the perfect blend of pushing you to do your best, but not making you feel bad about yourself if you bump up against your limits, which is an ideal trait in a trainer. She motivates you to get better every session, and changes up the workouts as you get stronger and your body changes. The attention Bree devotes to you during a session is great, and not something you can get just anywhere. She watches carefully to make sure that you're doing the exercises properly so as to not get injured and also pays attention to see where you're tight, and recommends stretches and other exercises to fix the problem.
