It is my belief that proper movement is essential in any arena of health and fitness. Safe, efficient movement in a fitness program is necessary if its aim is to support daily activities. So, anything that I teach runs through those filters, being both safe and beneficial to YOUR life, no one else's. Simple as that.


I am not a nutritionist. I am into health and fitness. To deny that fitness is primarily due to a balance in nutrition and only a very small amount to exercise would be ludicrous. I am, of course, versed in nutrition that is paired with an exercise/active lifestyle, but the basic tenets of programming nutrition hold true for any walk of life or area of life that you reside in. Therefore, it's very easy for me to speak to ANYONE about nutrition and confidently educate them on basic nutrition principles.


Throughout the world, the term wellness can vary significant degrees. My perspective on the state of wellness includes all that creates health; proper nutrition, physical activity, stress management. It is my hope that anyone that comes through my program is able to see the benefit that I can deliver in not just one of these areas, but positively increasing your vitality in each of them.
