I've been training since March 2001 in health clubs and in people's homes. I've worked primarily with women in their 40's - 60's, housewives and mothers, athletes, executives, physicians, military personnel as well as the elderly. I taught weight training courses at Alamo Community College for four years. I was the Wellness Director at a military retirement community where I had the good fortune of assisting the CEO in designing and equipping their new fitness facility. During my tenure as Wellness Director, I lead all interested residents in going through fitness assessments, introduced them to proper usage of the equipment and performed training services for all fitness center attendees.
