Katherine Hartley completed her B.S. in Dietetics from Murray State University in 2011 and proceeded to work as a Nutrition Supervisor at the local hospital. While working here, she felt that something was missing. She believed there were more people that she could help on a personal level for lasting change. Therefore, Katherine proceeded to work at the gym as a Personal Trainer. Here, she found her happy place - seeing clients change, feeling confident and healthy within their bodies. Upon moving to Miami in 2016, she continued to work for the gyms including Equinox and Svetness. In 2016, Katie also proceeded to complete her M.S. in Clinical Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health so that one day she could open her own practice and assist more people in reaching their goals. She is currently completing her CNS observation hours with the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Supervision Program to attain this credential. A little bit about myself and what i feel makes me unique as an individual and more so a personal trainer. I've always had a love and passion for exercise from a young age. I guess you can definitely call me a gym rat. I acquired my first personal trainers certification through NSPA in 2013. Right around the same time my daughter was born. Which is what drove and motivated me to make a career change. I worked a very unfulfilling job for most of my life and promised myself and her that id make a change to better myself as a person..
