My favorite exercise is any kind of a row. Back muscles are often neglected and yet can be the most impressive when properly developed.

I have been ACE Certified for going on 12 years. I was the Fitness Instructor at a large area gym for 5 years. I am ACE Certified in both personal training and group fitness.
