Going Strong occupies 800 sq ft of no nonsense simplicity, among other similarly un-fussy small businesses, at the South Seminole Business and Storage Center in Altamonte Springs.

Almost nobody knows we are here, and that's ok.

We have no store front. We have no fancy backlit signage, no highway frontage. You won't see a billboard advertising cut rate memberships, nor will a pushy salesperson accost you in the parking lot.

We have no TV's hanging from the ceiling, no machines, no receptionist. We have no spin class, no Zumba.

We have no interest in being everything to everybody.

We have mats.

We have iron. And chalk.

We have experience, empathy, and patience.

We have a deep love for strength. For empowerment.

And air conditioning. We have air conditioning.
