Jenny, a young bride, contacted us in desperate need of training and nutrition coaching. Over the course of several months, Jenny had not maintained the initial weight and body shape she was when fitted for her custom gown. Jenny was in need of getting back into her dress, within two months, since alterations were not an option. Our small group training and nutrition coaching were the perfect fit for her budget and time frame. Within two weeks of her wedding date, Jenny fit into her dress. We were then in maintenance mode from that point on so Jenny would not lose any more weight or inches. The dress was a perfect fit on her perfect day!
My favorite exercise
I love any exercise using Kettlebells. Kettlebell movements are underrated; they build a strong core and sexy abs (without doing crunches), and develop glute and leg muscles for curves.

I believe that training the total body each day you work with me is your best option. I develop programs that challenge your strength and endurance with weight lifting and conditioning.
My training experience
I started my career as a boot camp instructor. Over the past 6 years, I have moved more into introducing weight lifting and conditioning (via interval training) to my healthy clients. With clients who are in their "mature years", overcoming injury, illness or currently have a medical condition, we focus primarily on utilizing functional fitness methods.
