About Sarah

We all battle at some point or another with fitness and finding what works best for us, myself included. With all of the options and fitness programs out there, it can be daunting, demoralizing and a constant uphill battle to reach our goal...or the goals that society places on us.

As a NASM CPT, I want help others get over the struggle hump so they can live healthier and happier lives, too. To help them embrace their bodies and appreciate their capabilities. To help people form better habits, not barely make it through trendy fitness or diet fads. To a place where exercising and moving your body is actually fun (!), where people choose to play outside and carbs don't get a bad rep! Because once you get to that point through nurture and forming good habits, life becomes so much more enjoyable. If you are looking for guidance, support or simply a push in the right direction, I've got your back.

HOW I TRAIN: Full body workouts with a mix of strength and cardio, always! Formats include HIIT, Circuit Training, Strength Training, low impact, at home workouts, race training and more.
