Love that Charlie is a Mobile Personal Trainer and comes to me so I don't have to go to a crowded gym. His nutrition coaching in the beginning was a huge part of my success. I've tried everything and had several personal trainers in other cities I've lived but none are all inclusive like Charlie. I doubt that you'll find a better personal trainer, life coach, or nutrition coach in Louisville, Ky. He's very easy to talk to but pushes me when I need it. If you're having a bad day he'll let you talk through it before or during a workout and he has thick skin and doesn't let my mood bother him.
Charlie is willing to work on everything but focuses on what I need. As a personal trainer he doesn't push me too much, but he gets me to do much more than I would on my own. As a Nutrition Coach he recommends a great diet but still allows you to choose as long as you track your Calories. I was surprised to find a Mobile Personal Trainer in Louisville, KY but glad I did.
Charlie is a very accommodating personal trainer. I love that he comes to my house and brings a variety of workout equipment with him, always mixing it up a bit. He allows me train at my own pace without forcing me to do more days in the week than I'm capable of. I live across from Louisville, KY in Southern Indiana and was pleasantly surprised to find a trainer that would come to me. He gives me solid advice on nutrition as well, which has been very helpful. He communicates with me throughout the week to help keep me on track. His Life Coaching is an unexpected bonus that he does a good job mixing into his personal training sessions. Charlie is exactly what I needed in a personal trainer. He started off by teaching me about nutrition and explaining that no amount of exercise can overcome a bad diet. He has tailored the exercises to meet my age and lifestyle. I truly believe that by coming to my home in Louisville and being a personal trainer and nutrition couch that he has changed my lifestyle to one that is now headed in a positive new direction.
I highly recommend Charlie to anyone looking for a personal trainer in Louisville, KY. The fact that Charlie will come to you just makes it that much easier of a choice. Personal Training: Charlie does a good job of pushing you but in a safe constructive way. He has pushed me pretty hard on several occasions but he always decreases the amount when he can tell I’m really at my limit so that I don’t get hurt. Nutrition Coach: This is a big point where I think a lot of other trainers don’t do as well. Charlie always checks my food logs and keeps me accountable. If you are trying to lose weight this will help a lot. It is amazing how many calories are in a lot of the things we eat. Life Coach: Honestly this is something that we have only touched on. However, the little bit that we have makes me feel like he gives solid honest advice and help in this area. I can tell in all of our conversations that he cares, and it isn’t just about the money for him. One thing I think is very important to note. It is slow in the beginning. Charlie likes to go over his methods and a lot of information on nutrition, diets, and overall living healthy. I was in a hurry to get working out but I wouldn’t rush a doctor or any other professional so I felt it best to trust his methods. I haven’t been as strict on his advice as I should be and I am still down over 10lbs, so something is working.
Great trainer and person. Just what I needed to help me lose weight and eat better. Charlie not only cares about the exercise but about the nutrition as well. It’s helpful to have some one see what you eat daily and hold you accountable. So far I have had 18 sessions and I am down 20 pounds. Would highly recommend!
Charlie has done a great job working with my elderly parent at his home; he is friendly, patient and professional and continues to help him recover from his stroke in a way that feels more holistic. Training on the same days, twice a week, has been a consistent and welcome addition to his Physical therapy and speech therapy. Worth the money.
