Sport has always played a pivotal role in my life. I used to be a professional handball player and I've tried all kinds of sports. I couldn't go a day without moving. I became a personal trainer to help people become healthier and happier in their own skins. I'm here to help you achieve your goals whatever those are: weight loss, muscle gain, getting fit and toned, improve cardiovascular capacity, improve your quality of life if you are struggling with a chronic condition.
