Hi! I'm a professional trainer based out of downtown Louisville KY. I offer 1 on 1 coaching and small group coaching, with an emphasis on individuality and personalized programming. A lot of what I do with people is creating a plan for them through goal setting, strength training, applicable nutrition advice, and accountability. It is a blessing to be able to do this job and I am so thankful for every person that walks my way. I pride myself on customizing programs to fit peoples' unique needs. I train everyone from older populations (80+) with specific injuries to younger people like me wanting to look and feel better about themselves. I primarily love working with younger to adult males in their mid 20s up to their late 50s, but also love the training a wide variety of people.
My favorite client story
I don't know if I have a favorite, but one that comes to mind is a personal transformation of one of my clients that lost over 50lbs. She put in the work and took all the action steps outside the gym, and that is all it really takes.
My favorite exercise
I love any sort of core exercise, but perhaps my favorite right now is an actually well done plank. Most people view the plank as some sort of competition, and not an actual exercise. Therefore, they end up doing it wrong, and wonder why they have back pain after. I love a good, ribs down, plank that actually engages your core and teaches you how to fire your abdominals properly.

My training philosophy
Lots of encouragement, but also expecting a client to work hard and not expect me to always take it easy on them. Also lots of accountability and progress checking, to make sure we are actually making a change.
My training experience
I am an accredited & certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and have been training full time for 2 years now. I train a wide variety of clients, including many that deal with injuries.
