ERGO offers a variety of one-on-one and small group exercise options based upon our core training principle that in order to improve your fitness you have to be able to measure it. With two environments to choose from - one-on-one and small group exercise - ERGO makes personal training accessible to everyone.

Power-based exercise is a cutting-edge fitness technology that removes the guesswork from your workouts and enables you to train more efficiently and to achieve better results in less time. Power in watts measures the work you put into your workouts and provides the most meaningful feedback to motivate and empower you to get the most out of your training. ERGO is equipped with the latest Cycleops bikes, Concept2 rowers and Skiergs that accurately measure and track your fitness improvements via power output in watts.

The ERGO program was founded by New York personal trainer Mike Creamera former powerlifter turned avid cyclist and a competitive indoor rower. Mike is a certified Cycleops "power" cycling instructor and Concept2 rowing coach. His expert personalized programs and small group training in a private Soho studio provide the most complete and efficient workout with ?guaranteed results that you can feel and see.
