Pena's Fitness Method is a workout that is sure to get you results! I use my last 24 yrs of private training and my main ingredients "SFS" (Strength, Fatburn, Stamina) to help you safely and quickly become the fittest you! No it's not your grandma's workout but if nana is working out with me she's probably pretty Bad Ass!!!

Strong is the new skinny! The goal at PFM is to get you healthy, not skinny, although one of the side affects is burning tons of body-fat! We do sessions in and out of our private training studio in Midtown, under St. Bartholomew’s Church.
