Phyt Conditioning is a unique approach to working out developed by Jonas Serrano, and passed on to all his trainers. It is a multi-disciplinary total body workout that challenges your total physical being. It incorporates multiple, uniquely prescribed approaches to improving your fitness. Weight training, combat training, and body weight movements are just some of the exercises that challenge your strength, endurance, balance and more. Phyt Conditioning is on the cutting edge, using training tools that are not found in most gyms, such as kettle bells, ropes, chains, and sandbags. By using these tools, Phyt Conditioning introduces the body to new movements and training principals.
Trainers work on a rotation basis and will be assigned after booking. All trainers have been taught Phyt Conditioning, the proprietary training method developed by Jonas Serrano. If you would like to work out with a specific gender, please indicate this on your pre-workout questionnaire after booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
