Do I need to confirm sessions?


It is absolutely critical that you confirm all client-booked sessions ASAP by simply replying to your booking confirmation email with "confirmed." Since clients pay for their session at the time of booking, we expect trainers to be available for all sessions booked.

If you're not able to make the session for any reason, you should contact the client ASAP to reschedule. If you are unable to train the client at all, please notify us ASAP so that we can contact the client to place them with another trainer.

Failure to confirm new client sessions within 12 hours of booking is grounds for immediate deactivation from the platform.
