How do rankings work?
Platform rankings are designed to feature the trainers with the best and most complete profiles to maximize the chances of getting new clients. As long as you your training locations include a zip code that is searched, your profile will appear in results.
We group trainers into 4 buckets. Within each bucket we randomize trainer order every day out of fairness:

Trainers who have availability and reviews

Trainers who have availability, but no reviews

Trainers who have no availability, but have reviews

Trainers who have no availability and no reviews
