How should I ask my current clients that I usually see in-person if they want to do Virtual Training?

Open the conversation with genuine concern for their physical and mental health and empathy for their current situation. Give the client a call, email or text - whatever is most appropriate for the client. Here’s an example:

Hi Suzy,

I hope that you and your family are all safe and healthy. I’ve been thinking about you all and want you to know that I’m here to support you on your journey - even if we can’t be physically together like we usually are! I’m starting to meet with clients now virtually - via computer, tablet or phone - so that we can keep making progress and stay on course. The sessions with other clients have been fantastic and I’ll make sure to program our sessions for whatever equipment may - or may not - be available at your place.

Send me a note and update me on how you and your family are all doing during this tough time.

If you’d like to schedule a time to see how the virtual sessions can work, just let me know some days and times that work well for you as well as any preferred video apps you enjoy using, i.e. Skype, Zoom, Hangouts, FaceTime, Facebook Messenger, etc.

All the best,

Benjamin
