I'm Brent. My training style is a consultative approach. I like to educate my clients through our time together so that after your time with me you will have the knowledge and experience to continue the training process on your own. When you face a new challenge, especially weight loss, it's very important for you to understand how to maintain your new life after the training period with your trainer is over and to understand the science behind your personal choices. My hope for my clients is that after hiring me, they will be able to make educated decisions about their health and fitness for the rest of their lives.
