SELF DEFENSE/CARDIO-KICKBOXING- we offer elite self defense instruction as well as cardio kickboxing!!! No other private studio has a PROFESSIONAL MMA CHAMPION to provide unmatched instruction!!! Your sure to learn a great amount, shred fat, and have a awesome time doing it!


NUTRITION- We work closely with each individual, looking at current diet, and empowering them with the knowledge of diet and training necessary for them to take control and responsibility of their own fitness and physique. We customize every diet per the individuals medical history, goals, and "tweak" it weekly as needed!!! FEEDBACK- Client feedback monthly is simply critical for us to learn constantly new areas we can improve on!
