I got into fitness through sports when I was 14 as I played football and basketball all through high school and 1 year of college football. Although fitness was originally based on sports performance, it has become a lifestyle for me as I've gotten older. I became a Personal Trainer because I wanted to help show people how much an active lifestyle can improve your quality of life as it has mine.
