I have worked in health and fitness for over 20 years and am a certified personal trainer, running coach, and Registered Nurse. I also served in the USAF for over 20 years. As an athlete, I competed in wrestling, football, and track & field for many years. In recent years, I have grown to enjoy trail running and have completed several ultramarathons including Cocodona 250.
