I have a lifetime passion for fitness. It all started when I saw the documentary "Pumping Iron" when I turned 15 in 1990. I entered two bodybuilding contests in my teenage years, placing 3rd in my first one!
As COVID knocked me on my ass January 2021, I started doing home workouts starting with a single 26 lb kettlebell. I noticed that doing the basic kettlebell swing help my back and posterior (rear side) feel stretched and tight. It felt like a great muscle and endurance workout, which it is! I added to my collection (now have 10+ kettlebells going up to a pair of 53 pounders) and regularly complete a home workout using a variety of exercises as a home workout when I cannot make it to the gym.
