I am an energetic Yoga Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor, and Personal Trainer with a background in dance and Ballet. I have an innate drive to help others grow and evolve by becoming stronger both mentally and physically. I believe optimal health is a culmination of strength, nutrition, flexibility, mental awareness, coordination, and endurance. My diverse background in movement allows for a broad scope of practice which is easily applied to any person regardless of age, skill level, or fitness goal. I would consider myself a people person and find ease in creating personable and meaningful relationships with all of my clients / students.
My training experience
I have been a Yoga Instructor for 7 years and a personal trainer for 5 years. I've also taught group fitness and had lots of experience with private clients. I've worked with hundreds of clients overall and feel confident in being able to help anybody reach their goals.
