About Nicole
Nicole Farr is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and the founder of NickiFit A to Z. She specializes in helping midlife women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who feel exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from their bodies. Through her signature Nourish Move Flourish Method—a simple, 3-phase system (Reset, Rebuild, Rise)—Nicole guides women to fall asleep faster, wake up with more energy, and rebuild strength and confidence without extreme diets or overwhelming fitness plans. Her mission is to help women reclaim their vitality, so they can feel vibrant, capable, and at home in their bodies again.
My favorite client story
One of my long time clients was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her fitness level was at what she felt at an all time high, feeling stronger in her body than ever before, than the diagnosis hit and all the protocols to remove the cancer. But she never considered giving up her workouts. There were times she had to take days off and we had to adjust her program as her strength and energy decreased due to treatments but the doctors and nurses would complement her on how well her body handled the treatments and how strong she was throughout the process. Staying committed to her physical health helped her in her battle. She is now cancer free and continues to consistently move and strength train.

Strength & Conditioning - especially using what we call compound movements that utilize multiple muscle groups to get more bang for my buck.
