About Nicole
I've been coaching women and helping them navigate their health, fitness, and supportive lifestyle habits for over 12 years. I've been certified with the National Strength & Conditioning Association and the American Council on Exercise since 2013. I've been a trained yoga instructor (200hr) since 2016, and most recently received my Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrtion Coach certification.
Clients find working with me as a safe space to move in ways that feel right to them while challegening their strength, building resilence, and reaching their health and fitness goals.
My favorite client story
One of my long time clients was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her fitness level was at what she felt at an all time high, feeling stronger in her body than ever before, than the diagnosis hit and all the protocols to remove the cancer. But she never considered giving up her workouts. There were times she had to take days off and we had to adjust her program as her strength and energy decreased due to treatments but the doctors and nurses would complement her on how well her body handled the treatments and how strong she was throughout the process. Staying committed to her physical health helped her in her battle. She is now cancer free and continues to consistently move and strength train.

Strength & Conditioning - especially using what we call compound movements that utilize multiple muscle groups to get more bang for your buck.
