Nicole Farr is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and the founder of NickiFit A to Z. She specializes in helping midlife women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who feel exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from their bodies. Through her signature Nourish Move Flourish Method—a simple, 3-phase system (Reset, Rebuild, Rise)—Nicole guides women to fall asleep faster, wake up with more energy, and rebuild strength and confidence without extreme diets or overwhelming fitness plans.
