About Rachel

Hi! I'm a personal strength and fitness trainer. I've been training and competing in powerlifting for 5 years. Through my strength journey I fell in love with fitness and helping others reach their fitness goals! Now as a NASM certified personal trainer I focus on helping every client to achieve their dreams of being healthier, stronger, and overall happier with their fitness level. By focusing on attainable goals and training the whole person, I help my clients find joy and freedom in movement. 

Because I train virtually my available times are listed for consultation purposes. I will meet with you via Zoom and discuss your goals and history so that I can create a customized plan just for you! Then you can start working and I will be there to support you virtually as you progress through your program. I can communicate via text message, Insta, Zoom, etc. so that you always have a coach handy to answer your questions or help talk you through the tough days.
