My goal is to help people make positive changes in their life and I believe exer is a good start. I’ve gone through periods of peak physical condition and gradually fall off until I’m eating chips and watching t.v. I, personally, feel better when I’m exercising regularly and eating a good healthy diet. But I know from experience it’s not always that easy.
