D1 College Basketball Sports performance coach. I have been in the field for over 10 years and worked with about every sport. I’m a movement first coach, which means you don’t progress till your efficient in the lift. Session are usually an hour and I program 3 weeks at a time. You train on your time and I’m available to call at any time!
