My favorite client story
40+-year-old mother of three. "My original goal was to lose 15-20 lbs. I had already accomplished losing 16 lbs with Brian and I was about 4 lbs away from the specific goal weight I suggested to him. In the meantime (and prior to reaching my goal weight), I was already feeling stronger, more flexible, more energetic, and received so many compliments from friends and family. People who knew me recognized that I was losing weight and complimented my new figure. One day, I went to go and buy new clothes because my old ones were no longer fitting. The store associate noticed that I was trying on a size 6 pants (which at the time, I thought would fit correctly). Then the store associate pointed out to me these pants were actually not the correct size and she stated 'Ma'am, I think you are a size 4.' So I went to go and try on a size 4 pants, and to my surprise, it fit!!! I never knew that I could fit into this size again at this point in my life, but I did it felt so wonderful!!!"
