My favorite client story
A friend actually, that I convinced to join my 30 Day Fat Drop Challenge. She'd decided that she was not going to participate because she assumed it would be too difficult, she was too big, too awkward etc. I spoke to her, convinced her to try and in 30 days she'd dropped 6% Body Fat and won the Challenge! I am so proud of her!!!

The Burpee. It works every part of your body and it can be adapted from the most basic for beginners to expertly advanced.

My training philosophy
Fortitude through Fitness. Our brains will talk us out of doing difficult things, like training. We can overcome that and strengthen ourselves physically and mentally with every session we show up and conquer.
My training experience
I am both an NSCA Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator as well as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I've trained in large corporate gyms, one on one, small group, online virtually and through my app. I work with Bariatric clients, military and law enforcement clients and anyone else who is up for the challenge.
