A friend actually, that I convinced to join my 30 Day Fat Drop Challenge. She'd decided that she was not going to participate because she assumed it would be too difficult, she was too big, too awkward etc. I spoke to her, convinced her to try and in 30 days she'd dropped 6% Body Fat and won the Challenge! I am so proud of her!!!
