Chaotic Good Fitness empowers people to improve themselves through movement and habit changes. We help clients feel confident in their own bodies and set them up for success in their health and aesthetic goals.
Chaotic Good Fitness is the creation of Keira Harbison, a lifelong nerd and educator who discovered weightlifting in college as a way to lose weight. They live in Atlanta, GA with their partner and pupper. When not picking up heavy things and putting them back down, they are playing board games, watching Doctor Who, or reading. They have been an ACSM certified personal trainer since 2018 and are ready to get you where you want to be!
My favorite client story
I was training a couple together and I like to give them partner workouts. They were doing a particular plank variation and started playing rock paper scissors. It makes me happy to see people enjoying themselves while working with me AND it added a nice bit of friendly competition to the workout.
My favorite exercise
It changes regularly, but right now, bear crawls.
My favorite quote
There is a particular quote from Don Quijote that I love that boils down to "I know who I am and I know that I can be whoever I want."

My training experience
Mostly focused on strength training and weight lifting with some mobility and yoga intermixed. I try to be as holistic as I can.

An amazing personal trainer! Did a super job making a customized workout plan that met my needs and was the right mix of simple yet challenging. Keira is amazing. My greatest challenge to getting physically fit has always been a lack of knowledge. Honestly, I had no clue what to do. They worked with me, without judgement. I asked for basic exercises that I could do on my own and they taught me some. Like when i saw taught I mean, teaching me the correct way to do the exercise and how to stay safe doing then. I'm definitely going back to them for more lessons when I'm ready to start up again.
Keira is a highly skilled trainer who can assist people regardless of age, time limitations. They provided workouts based on your needs. Keira and I met through the FYT app/website and I am so happy I found her! We've been training for a few months and she provides such an empowering and supportive environment to train in!
