Why Chaotic Good Fitness? In Dungeons and Dragons, Chaotic Good is a character alignment that reflects one whose heart is pure, but who does not take the law at face value. They question authority and forge their own path based on their own value system and morals. They value freedom and individuality over social norms and rules. CG Fitness views fitness and health in a similar way. We are client centered and body positive. We focus on the individual client’s needs and goals without trying to fit them into the standards set up by the fitness industry. Each client has a unique background, goal, and body that deserves to be valued and considered when working together. We don’t expect all of our clients to look, act, feel, or need the same thing, so we don’t use a pre-packaged, uniform program. We focus on what’s right for you, whether or not it looks like what magazines tell you you need to look like. Some clients want weight loss programs, but some join us for pain management and reduction. Others have worked with us for pre-surgical body change needs. The owner does this for stress management! No matter why you come to us, we will find ways to help you level up. There is no one size fits all magic answer to fitness and health goals and there is no one size fits all body shape. There is no quick, easy route to take. Making health improvements is hard work, but we are here to guide you through the journey. CG Fitness is about making improvements at your pace for you.
My favorite client story
I was training a couple together and I like to give them partner workouts. They were doing a particular plank variation and started playing rock paper scissors. It makes me happy to see people enjoying themselves while working with me AND it added a nice bit of friendly competition to the workout.

Keira has been a fantastic trainer. They have kept me on a good middle ground between pushing myself but not over doing it. They also talked with me beforehand to make sure my goals were reachable and practical. The program has been great thus far
An amazing personal trainer! Did a super job making a customized workout plan that met my needs and was the right mix of simple yet challenging. Gives very realistic expectations and emphasizes heavily on proper form and safety for the best and most effective exercises! Keira is amazing. My greatest challenge to getting physically fit has always been a lack of knowledge. Honestly, I had no clue what to do. They worked with me, without judgement. I asked for basic exercises that I could do on my own and they taught me some. Like when i saw taught I mean, teaching me the correct way to do the exercise and how to stay safe doing then. I'm definitely going back to them for more lessons when I'm ready to start up again.

Keira and I met through the FYT app/website and I am so happy I found her! We've been training for a few months and she provides such an empowering and supportive environment to train in! She is extremely flexible and go with the flow, meeting me at my home gym and training me there. We celebrate little victories and continue to push for more progress!
