Certified by NASM and ISSA, I bring 7 years of experience to my role as a personal trainer. Specializing in weight loss, sports performance, and HIIT, I excel in crafting meal plans using  dieticians  on my team and training programs to help clients simultaneously shed body fat and build muscle. My favorite client story is when I helped a client who drop 15lbs in a month and a half and she cried telling me the difference it made in her life and also the cost of getting smaller clothes lol.

When I started training with Nick I had some apprehensions. I had never worked with a trainer before and didn’t know how I would react to someone pushing me to be better everyday. Two months in and I’m sure we were destined to cross paths. I’ve always struggled with gaining muscle and getting stronger in general.
