Overhead press. There is something about being able to pick up heavy weights over your head. It takes a great amount of strength and power. It is my favorite exercise.

My training experience
Robert has been a Personal Trainer since 2009. He had trained a variety of clients with a variety of goals. He competes in strongman competition. During these competitions, he has had to cut weight to make a certain weight class. He understands nutrition, health and fitness. No matter your goals, he can help you achieve those goals.
